Our Iasc restaurant is proud to serve local fare, ranging from Leenane mountain lamb, west coast beef and local seafoods. We are delighted to work with local growers such as John Ward of Dooncastle Oysters, Bernard King who rears organic Leenane mountain lamb, Martys Mussels which are harvested along Killary harbour and Gabriels Aran Island goats cheese to name but a few.
